Roundabout is four 12-inch near and far targets surrounding a 12-inch stop plate. All the targets are set at 5 feet high from the ground and arranged in a circular shooting pattern. Familiarize yourself with the circular layout to develop a natural flow for engaging targets.

Practice the Sequence: Repeating the same target sequence for all strings to help minimize errors.

Engage (T1-T4) Finish on Stop Plate (SP) - Competitors shoot all five strings from the center shooting box.

Best four out of five runs count for score.

Targets and Shooting Boxes:

  • One 3-by-3 shooting box at the centerline

  • Four 12-inch plates at 5 feet high

  • One 12-inch stop plate (SP) at 5 feet high

Max Target Distances:

  • 15 yards deep (firing line to farthest target)

  • 17 feet wide (farthest distance, left to right, from target centers)

  • Average target distance = 10.8 yards
